I'd say your best bet is to buy one, take it apart and see if you can

Look at the size of those things! Perfect size for BEAM.
It looks to me that its not very efficient to get electricity from heat
but the watch uses a VERY VERY VERY efficient motor to overcome this. I
could be wrong though???
