Ah, this comes up a lot. SMAs and Beam, it's not the best combination. but it
is possible. It'll be hard to use solar cells, so let's start with batteries.
If I remember correctly, Stiquito uses a two step walking gate, as in there
are two actions in each step. So you'll be able to use a bicore. A light
seeking (or avoiding, since you're not using solar power, whatever suits your
fancy) suspended bicore will be lovely for this app.
