That seems to be a really good solution. (I've been grappling with the
same problem, but in the more orthodox manner - finding ways to use very
low voltage electrolytics with tiny motors and very light bots, so as to
give sufficient step but remain small. I think I've got it worked out
well, but it obviously limits bot design).
Cool circuit. Yet another to add to my Way-Too-Long list of things to
try.

Why is everyone being so much more creative than usual these days?
I think we need another eco-system or on-board processor debate or flame
war or something. I can't keep up with all this :-)
