That's one of the few things i have built. I belive in the evolution of
beam plants, and built beam "moss". Two large solar cells on the floor
that I patched into a batter charger circuit that I got from a friend.
the batter being a 2.6V rechargable was enough to send of a custom solar
roller who's cap was placed so that 2 small wires from the battery would
contact to the cap, charge it, and send it going. It worked only twice (
I can't get it to work any more?? ) but it went.
kind of like the matchbox car launcher things.

Now I'm working an a beam "vine" I need a motor reverse circuit that
runs off of a T2 SE. I'm taking the beam yo-yo/window washer idea and
making it run horizontally. The small solar "ski-lift" type thing has a
bigger solar cell hanging from it, and as the sun moves across the the
SSL (solar ski-lift) moves back and forth ( like a dog waiting for his
master )the big solar cell charges the small battery and the same type
of feeding station is there. but I'm fiddling with some light bulb
chargers ideas.

Sincerely,
Jim Cook
