You could buy a tonne of the 1/8th" cells from solarbotics, and arrange
those into the shape you're after. That's what they're sold for.

I've assembled an unusually shaped solar panel from fragments, it's
something I wouldn't advise - don't take that road. The 1/8" cells are
probably the easiest method.
