I've had alot of interest in the gearmotors. I've found out a little bit mo=
re about them, turns out they Are Omron gear motors used as the eject motor=
in some disk drives. So I'm pretty confident about them. In that respect I=
'll begin accepting orders for them. I should be getting my first couple on=
thursday or so. So if you want to buy them from me I'm selling them for 12=
dollars each. Since i don't have 'startup' capital as of yet I'll wait unt=
il I have four or five orders before I in turn 'procure' the motors. The sh=
ipping and handling that I have to pay for each order myself is MURDER. The=
shipping and handling actually costs MORE than one motor does. (and they a=
ren't cheap for me, although I have a slight deal on them.) I'm trying to c=
ontact them and actually become a 'distributer' of sorts for gearmotors. Ma=
ybe even give BEAMERs a SELECTION of different Gearmotors one day. =
So anyway, here's the info.
The motors are $12 Each. (US funds)
Since I'm making a little profit here myself, and I feel guilty (and mauled=
by their shipping) the Shipping and handling on the first two motors is FR=
EE. After that it's ten dollars. (JUST KIDDING!) No, after two motors I wil=
l charge fiftey cent's Shipping for each additional motor. But if you do wa=
nt to purchase a whole bunch of motors Contact me about shipping cost.
