Um, you lost me there. Afaik:

Energy = power x time = voltage x current x time
charge = current x time = capacitance x voltage
Capacitance = charge / voltage

Where does your voltage squared come from?

I'd like to see a demonstration of pwm actually improving the light
to motion conversion of a photovore powered by a solar panel and
storing energy in a cap. I feel a little sceptical.
