Wouldn't bet on it. We've been watching a few solarcell technologies, and
none have come to reasonable production yet. If there's a better one out
there, even at twice the (comparable size) cost, we'd be carrying
it.

1009 Thu, 25 Feb 1999 22:25:17 -0600 [alt-beam] motor source??? beam Richard Piotter I was looking in the spring summer issue of electronics goldmine. On the last
page they had a new item. G8773. It's a 100:1 gear motor from Maxon. Not sure
about the current. It's a 6-24 volt motor, so it may be a little big, but it is
a nice gear ratio for walkers, maybe a heavy duty walker carying a powerful battery???
