News is actually very easy to use. If you can use email, you should
have no trouble with USENet. News clients are everywhere (in fact, if
you already use Netscape, you probably have one, I'm not sure about IE)
and free news servers abound. Do a Yahoo! search for "free nntp server"
for just a few of these.
