Yeh but hotmail accounts are slow to set up, and aren't exactly what I
consider 'enjoyable' to use. Also, what about if you don't check your
hotmail account for a week or perhpas three? You think everything is gonna
be hunky dorey? Not if you have four hundred messages sitting there. With
the List as an E-mail list, VOLUME is definity a consideration. The number
of messages sent can really cuase problems if you haven't chekced your mail
RELIGIOUSLY. And you have to wait to download ALL the messages just to get
the important ones for yourself. Also, if you set up a Hotmail account you
can't 'check out' whats been going on. You can only get mail after someone
sends somehting. IE you just can't set up an account and look at the
messages or the conversation. You have to wait for more messages to be sent.
And you don't have to automatically subscribe. You can just take a look at
messages too. There might be an option to send mail to your account with a
newsgroup also, But my votes with a newsgroup. Hey, progress is progress.
