Yes, I have been wanting to move it to a newsgroup for years, but
unfortunately I cannot get the phone company to get a decent connection
for my home server.

Actually people can get mail from _standard_ newsgroups (Usenet).

A more appropriate name would not be comp.* rather,
sci.robotics.beam
It is too bad the other robotics groups were missed named, just because
they commonly use CPUs, a good robot is much more than a computer.
(design, mechanics, and even non-cpu).

I will look into setting up the newsgroup. I will just need to find a
server that I can use.
