well,
Some tips for ucores:
1) Breadboard it first.(flux is soooo bad for ucores)
2)If it doesn't work, then do the following:
a) is the current limiting res. too high?( i.e. 1megohm. 2K7 is better) to
verify, use a multimeter.
b) is the chip the right way around?
c) are you missing any wires?
3)try not to give the chip too little power. but don't give it the maximum
too-It might over heat.
