Can be done I guess, but sounds a tad expensive and overdone at the
usual BEAM power levels. Transistors are *much* cheaper. VCEsat and
base current can be kept low enough (like 0.1V and 5mA), if good
motors are used. Better to spend the money on motors, not power
fets?
