Subject: [alt-beam] Re: question
Lynx Motion prices are good, previously the same function in CPU-land
was for the cheap quality version at $1500.00... SO that is good news
(for everyone in general).. The second reason is bulk/quantity.
Advanced beamers know how to build from schematics... and want to try
new things out. I am looking into a way to make it easier for novices
and more affordable to advance...
One of the main costs in BEAM is the motors and design for advanced bots.
(so when motor quality increases and prices come down, that will help..
And when more bulk is needed then again prices normally lower).
This is the basics in any market... Please be patient or try to
learn to build without a kit. (To help in this area try to find
people in your area to meet with to have 'Build sessions', so you
can help each others with various skills).
