Subject: [alt-beam] 3.6v ?!

Greetings List,

I don't have much time to burn so I'll keep this brief:

More wierd stuff from good ol' ProtoBot (the photopopper from SB with a 37*33
cell). When in semi-bright light it moves quick and all's well but when it's
in low light (normal "room light") it never moves and it charges to about 3.6
volts and then just hovers around that voltage. Why the heck isn't it moving?!
Shouldn't it fire as soon as the cap reaches 2.6-2.7?
