Fairchild Semiconductor
TinyLogic(TM) Databook 1997
lists the:
NC7S14 - TinyLogic(TM) Inverter with Schmitt Trigger Input
NC7SZ14 - TinyLogic(TM) Ultra High Speed Inverter with
Schmitt Trigger Input
These are single Schmitt inverters in SOT23-5 packages . . .
That translates to "Get some 'sot' younger than '23' over here
to solder this thing, 'cause I can't even see it!" :-)
The catch is that they are sold (by Fairchild) on reels
of 250 units; you might not see them at your distributor.
Fairchild says these are for applications where space is
at a premium, like re-working an expensive board.
