Finally my photovore works, to a degree. Only one engine fires but i
think this is just that busted photodiode. Its got an aluminium
frame pager motors a 22x24mm and a rather large calculater cell with
a 6800uf cap, its quite active firing about every ten seconds in
strong sunlight, however the grip isn't too good, in my beam park
i'll have to have a grippy floor.
Regarding the group project, which i haven't heard about for a while,
i believe the next instinct for the photovores is to breed and i came
up with a way to do it. Ok, so there are male and female photovores
(or shall they be bisexual?) anyway when they were to come in contact
they would emit some kind of signal which would release another
turned off photovore, it may not be true mating but it would be
intresting to see how fast the population grows. I thinks its a great
idea so pls tell me what u think.
regards,
David Perry
