Well, here goes.
If you hook up multiple solarcells (be sure they are the same type) in
series, you will get more voltage, but the current produced will be the
same. Likewise, if you hook them up in parallel, the voltage of the
solarcells will remain the same, but the current will be x times greater
(x is the number of cells).
