I think that *someone* makes a line of "The worlds smallest logic gates"
if I am not mistaken. These are single gates in surface mount packages.
I forget who makes them.. Is it Toshiba perhaps? They hand AND, OR, XOR,
NAND, NOR, inverters, and buffers. It seemed to me that they had
the lower end of the TTL family covered. Jeez, I just don't remember
but it is worth looking for...
