Specs I found (at http://www.actec.dk/panasol.htm):

Size: 48.5 x 52.5 mm
Open Circuit voltage: 3.6V min
Short circuit current: 20mA min

Panasonic's web page is surprisingly mute on the subject... they only
admit
in one location that they ever even made a Sunceram. There is a Czech
page
that lists most of the other cells, but not the one you mentioned.
(http://www.fulgur.cz/fulgurb/panasoni/solar.htm). Check your Dutch
page... many pages are listing some sort of leakage current in
*micro-amps*
that is higher at lower lux than it is at higher lux. Check your units.

If you do find the elusive data sheets, please post a link to them.
